ABOUT
And it took me most of my life to understand that being strong for everyone else is not
the same as being whole.

MY STORY
I'm the youngest of four. I was thirteen when my mother died, suddenly, and the floor dropped out of my childhood. I didn't fall apart - I did the opposite. I became useful. Reliable. The one who made sure everyone else was okay.
That instinct served me for decades. It built a career. It held a marriage together long past the point it should have. And it slowly, quietly erased me - until I no longer knew what I wanted, only what was expected.
"The Quake", when it came, wasn't one moment. It was the accumulated weight of a life spent disappearing. Coming back from it is the truest work I've ever done - and it's the work I now do with other women.
Age 13
Lost my mother suddenly. Stepped into the role of the capable one before I'd finished being a kid.
The building years
Built a 30-year career in sales and federal procurement. Founded and ran my own company. Proved, over and over, that I could carry it.
The long marriage
Years of accommodating, managing, and shrinking - until the cost finally outweighed the comfort of keeping the peace.
The quake
A separation and a reckoning. The slow, deliberate work of finding out who I actually was underneath the role.
After the Quake
Trained as a Certified Canfield Trainer in The Success Principles. Built this work so other women don't have to find their way back alone.
What I believe
I believe the women society stops looking at are often the ones with the most still to give
- and the most life still to live. I believe identity erosion is quiet, gradual, and reversible.
I believe you don't need fixing.
You need permission, clarity, and your own voice back.
That's not a slogan. It's the whole point.
My mission is simple: to help women in midlife reclaim their voice after life's
unexpected quakes - so they can rediscover who they are, what they want, and
what comes next.
