If you're not in crisis but you've lost the thread of who you are - yes.
This work is for the high-functioning woman who looks fine on the outside and feels unfamiliar to herself on the inside.
What if I don't know what I want? That's the starting line, not a disqualifier. Most women arrive here exactly that way.
Finding out what you want is the first thing we do together.
Do you work virtually?
Yes. We meet by video, so you can do this work from wherever you are.
How long does coaching last?
The flagship journey runs as a structured program over several weeks.
